One design, a different name on every card
When only the name changes, paste a CSV: each row becomes one card, and each column fills one text field on the shared design.

How to format the CSV
One row per card, one column per field. A line such as Taro Yamada,Sales,090-1234-5678 fills field one, two and three in order. To keep a comma inside a value, wrap it in double quotes. Tick the header option if the first row holds column names. The number of data rows becomes the number of cards, so you do not set a quantity separately.
Positioning the text
Each field is placed by percentage across the card and percentage down it, with a point size. The horizontal percentage marks the centre of the text and the vertical percentage its centre line. On a 91 by 55 mm card, 50 percent across and 45 percent down sits just above centre. Names read well at 11-13 pt, secondary lines at 7-9 pt. Leave that area clear in the design image.
How non-Latin text is drawn
The fonts built into the PDF format cover Latin characters only, so any value containing Japanese, Chinese or other non-Latin script is rendered by the browser onto a canvas and embedded as an image, using whichever sans-serif your device provides. Pure ASCII values are drawn with the built-in font instead. The two paths look slightly different; if exact typography matters, set the text in the design image itself.
Frequently asked questions
How many columns can I use?
Three, which covers a name, a role and a contact line. If you need more varying pieces, combine them into one column — the field is drawn as a single line of text.
Can I make ten cards each for twenty people?
Repeat each row ten times in the spreadsheet before pasting; two hundred rows becomes a twenty-page PDF. If you need them sorted per person, it is easier to generate one PDF per person.
Is it safe to paste personal data?
Yes. The CSV is parsed in your browser and never sent anywhere; closing the page discards it. A staff list or an attendee roster can be pasted straight in.
